How do I create a Marigold Maids Account?

Simply click the “Log In” button at the top of the page. It will link you to our Log In page where you can simply sign up, choose a password, and track your bookings.

Do you service my area?

We service GTA ( East York, North York,Vaughan, Richmond Hill, York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Midtown Toronto and Downtown Toronto) Oakville, Brampton & Mississauga . If you’re not in Toronto, give us a call and we’ll check to see our availability.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We have cost-effect flat rate prices based on the number of rooms and bathrooms in your home. The price is instantly shown to you on the booking page, there are never any hidden fees!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We service you with our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests. We can alternatively use your products if you prefer.

Deep clean? What is that?

A deep clean is what we typical recommend if you haven’t had a professionally cleaning in the last couple of months. This is when your place needs extra care for it to reach its potential. If you have any questions contact us!

Can you clean when I’m not home?

I need my house cleaned today! Can you help?

Yes we can! Email us at support@marigoldmaids.ca or Call us at 647-499-4060 and we’ll try to find you a cleaner that’s available for same day booking.
Please note, there will be a 20$ same day booking fee.

Can I apply to be a cleaner?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaners are professionally vetted and pass a background and police check. If you have any concerns shoot us an email or give us a call.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong during your appointment, it’s our job to make it right! Please call us at 647-499-4060 or email us at support@marigoldmaids.ca and we’ll be there to take care of any problem.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your safety and security is what we take VERY seriously. Our booking form is protected by an extended validation SSL and its own layer of 256 bit security. All credit card transactions are processed by stripe which has their own 256 security protocol. No credit card numbers are stored in our database (only access that allows us to charge the card). All cleaners are required to pass a background check to work with our company. Your safety is our top priority!
